Heike Gumpp is one of the most well-known German
teddy bear artists. Heike started as a doll artist after finishing school
and university. It was not long before she fell in love with teddy bears.
HERMANN-Coburg introduced her Bears at the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg in 1993.
Today Heike Gumpp designs and manufactuers
one-of-a-kind teddy bears in her workshop. Some of her designs are introduced
by HERMANN-Coburg to the public in limited editions of 500 pieces each.
