On May 23, 1949, the constitution was announced in Bonn, Germany. As an unremovable fundamental right of all human beings in Germany, the founding fathers of the constitution proclaimed in Article 1 "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar". (The dignity of the human being is untouchable). With this the real history from the Federal Republic of Germany begins. For the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Federal Republic of Germany, HERMANN-Coburg introduces a special edition piece. In his hand the bear holds a copy of the preamble of the constitution of May 23, 1949.
