Leprechaun
The Shamrock Islands and the Leprechauns
Every year on March 17th, the Irish celebrate St. Patrick's Day with parades.
The holiday honors St. Patrick, who brought Christianity to Ireland in the
5th century. According to the legend, St. Patrick used the three-leaf clover
to explain the Christine doctrine of the Holy Trinity. The Irish like no
other nation in the world, love their fairy tales. The most well known character
is the leprechaun. Anyone who can catch them will bestow the whereabouts
of the hidden treasure. Be careful, you can never trust a leprechaun completely.
