Since that time HERMANN-Coburg introduced each year a special Annual Bear. HERMANN-Coburg was the first Teddy Bear manufacturer to start with an Annual Teddy Bear Range. The HERMANN Annual Bear 1999, named True Love is the 8th in the HERMANN Annual Bear Series and is available in 2 sizes of 13 3/4 and 15 3/4 inches.   HERMANN Annual Bears 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998  Back to the Table of Contents, at the top of the page The HERMANN Christmas Bear 1999   The Range of HERMANN Christmas Bears is the newest line in the HERMANN Annual Editions. It started in 1994. To date, all three Bears have been dressed in a Christmas costume. On the left paw there is embroidered the word "Christmas" or "Weihnachten" and the year. What makes this bear unique is that the right paw can be specially embroidered with words which you can tell to HERMANN-Coburg. For this reason, the HERMANN Christmas Bear is a great present with its own individual character. Each year, HERMANN-Coburg introduces a newly designed animal which embodies the design style of the year. Over the time you will build a wonderful collection of soft toy animals which represent, in design and subject, their respective year. In 1990, HERMANN-Coburg was the first soft toy manufacturer to introduce a special Annual Animal Range. The today's 1999 "The Snail" is the 10th in this series and reflects interest of many children to keep a living rat as a domestic pet. Made of synthetic fur and softly stuffed with polyester.
