Even though these new bears are five-times-jointed, they differ considerably
from the cutting as well as from the manufacturing methods of the traditional, classical teddy bears. |
| The 'Dietzel bears' consist of four times as many parts as the classical bear models and are very impressive with exceptional detail. Very interesting is the forming of the noses, which are not embroidered, but sewn as well as the design of the bear paws. In order to produce these new bears in series, the manufacturing procedures had to be reorganized, opposite of the traditional teddy bears in the HERMANN factory. | |
